Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Present product solutions to C-level executives, addressing pain points with compelling value propositions
- Execute end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery to contract negotiation and closure
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to document interactions, track KPIs, and forecast pipeline
- Participate in daily huddles to share best practices and align on sales objectives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Self-driven personality with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions highly desirable
