Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product demos and clearly articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B Inside Sales experience (experience in the tech, SaaS, or service industry is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- High level of self-motivation and resilience.
