Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads during night hours.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to meet sales quotas.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Manage pipeline activities and update CRM systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Document customer interactions and prepare contracts for signature.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets.
