Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads to generate interest in our B2B services.
- Identify and understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to accurately log interactions and update prospect status.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the retention team to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work the Night Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST) consistently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
