Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified business leads to generate new revenue streams.
- Lead Management: Utilize CRM systems to accurately log calls, update client records, and track deal progress.
- Client Acquisition: Build rapport with decision-makers, identify needs, and effectively present our value proposition.
- Objection Handling: Professionally overcome objections and close deals over the phone with confidence.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (Shift times vary, typically 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar customer relationship management software.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
