Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting campaigns during the night shift.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through active listening and consultative questioning.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospective clients to overcome objections.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of leads within our CRM platform (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions and account status updates accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B telesales, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a rotating night shift schedule.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on closing deals and building rapport.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
