Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the Philadelphia region
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Present customized solutions to complex client challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track sales activities and forecast pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven outside sales experience in B2B environments
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to travel 70% of time throughout Pennsylvania/NJ/DE
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Professional demeanor with polished presentation skills
