Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads during the evening hours.
- Qualify prospects based on industry, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Accurately update client information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning sales team to ensure seamless handoffs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote-friendly roles.
