Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients with a focus on value proposition.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift (typically 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a drive to earn more.
