Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, pain points, and budget.
- Present company solutions and services to prospective customers effectively.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
