Responsibilities
- Conduct High-Volume Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage a high volume of calls to qualified leads within the designated time zones.
- Lead Qualification & Discovery: Utilize consultative questioning to identify client needs, pain points, and decision-making authority.
- Product Demonstration: Effectively present our service offerings, handling objections with confidence and persuasive negotiation techniques.
- Close Deals: Secure sales agreements and process contracts efficiently to meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to refine sales scripts and strategies for optimal conversion rates.
- Follow-Up: Execute timely follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert interest into closed business.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation (B2B or B2C).
- Schedule: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar Pacific Time).
- Skills: Proven ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally over the phone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Resilience: High level of self-motivation and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Computer Skills: Basic to intermediate computer literacy and typing speed.
