Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling: Contact qualified leads during night shifts to book appointments and close deals.
- Present Solutions: Articulate product features and benefits effectively to overcome objections.
- CRM Management: Log interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify prospects to ensure high-quality pipeline flow.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
