Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and qualify prospects via inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to set appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPI targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
