Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads and book meetings.
- Manage a portfolio of prospective clients using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in B2B sectors.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Document all customer interactions and account notes accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Strong communication skills, persuasive speaking voice, and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for career growth and high income potential.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
