Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and email campaigns
- Build rapport with prospects using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with day-team for seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Attend weekly night-shift strategy sessions and training workshops
- Document client interactions and sales activities accurately
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales experience required
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong phone presence with exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 8 AM)
- High-energy self-starter with resilience in fast-paced environments
- Experience with objection handling and closing techniques
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
