Responsibilities

- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs during night shift hours
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted sales campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research
- Participate in quarterly sales training and professional development
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work 8 PM - 5 AM MST (Monday-Friday)
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong self-motivation and time management abilities
- Ability to thrive in remote team environments
- Valid US work authorization required
- College degree preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
