Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track performance and pipeline
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos and consultations
- Document all interactions and sales activities accurately in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales or telesales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales software
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
