- Generate and qualify enterprise leads through strategic outreach and relationship building

- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 90%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Develop deep expertise in our SaaS platform and competitive landscape
- Drive cross-sell initiatives to expand existing client relationships
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with enterprise clients
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (120%+ achievement rate)
- Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and market trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Available for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
