Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound sales calls for enterprise clients during night shift hours (9 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, track KPIs, and forecast revenue
- Develop customized solutions for mid-market clients using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain 85%+ call quality metrics and 120+ daily call volume targets
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to refine product knowledge and sales tactics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience with proven uncapped commission track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in night shift environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and opportunity qualification
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation (occasional client meetings)
- BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
