Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Qualify leads using CRM systems and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Present product solutions to decision-makers via virtual presentations
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or outbound calling experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly preferred
