Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Build strong client relationships and present product solutions to meet business needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Document all sales activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce CRM
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge through continuous training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to close deals
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer needs
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in autonomous night shift environment
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
