Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying customers through strategic outbound calling
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ call volume standards
- Develop deep product knowledge to position solutions against competitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Document all interactions and pipeline activity in real-time
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience during rejection
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Availability for 11 PM - 8 AM shifts (Sun-Thu)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
