Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients through outbound calls and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging CRM systems and data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with client needs
- Document sales activities and pipeline data accurately in Salesforce
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to position solutions effectively
- Participate in regular training sessions to refine sales techniques and product expertise
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Comfortable working night shift (6 PM - 2 AM PST) with flexible schedule availability
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
