Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels
- Present product solutions and close sales agreements to meet/exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all sales activities in CRM systems and maintain accurate records
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
