As a key member of our revenue team, you'll leverage cutting-edge CRM tools and AI-powered sales platforms to engage high-value enterprise clients. Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and strategic networking
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce and Outreach
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution-based consultations for enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction scores
- Document all interactions in CRM system and provide weekly pipeline reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong time management and organizational abilities for remote night shift work
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
