Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic cold calling and email outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in high-volume B2B environment
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing product training to master our SaaS solutions
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize outreach strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong work ethic with self-discipline for night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
