Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media prospecting
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings booked, and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation and forecasting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Availability to work night shift (11 PM - 7 AM CT) with weekend flexibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
