Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new business opportunities within the local market.
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments to present our premium products and services.
- Needs Analysis: Listen actively to client needs and effectively demonstrate how our solutions solve their problems.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and encourage referrals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong drive will be considered).
