Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to ensure a consistent pipeline for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update client records, and manage pipeline data.
- Present product and service solutions to potential customers, addressing objections and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity levels during night shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
