Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via virtual presentations and demos
- Exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs while maintaining accurate pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Utilize Salesforce and proprietary CRM tools to track sales activities
- Participate in nightly team huddles for strategy alignment and performance review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with strong time management and remote work capabilities
- Comfortable working nights (10 PM - 6 AM EST) with weekend flexibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
