Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to qualified leads and existing prospects to drive revenue growth.
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Close deals and process orders over the phone with a focus on conversion rates.
- Manage a daily call volume while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless customer service continuity.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED required.
