As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through outbound prospecting and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients, addressing objections and closing deals.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention and generate referrals.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
