Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video conference.
- Manage a daily sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, tracking interactions and forecasting revenue.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet monthly quotas.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and campaign messaging.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and upsell opportunities.
- Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency with CRM software, with a strong preference for Salesforce experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
