Your Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads using Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within the New Orleans metropolitan area.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure agreements that meet company goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings (if applicable).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for high performers.
