Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Develop and maintain client relationships through consultative sales techniques
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Attend weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and sales methodologies
- Contribute to team growth through mentorship and best practice sharing
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic with self-motivation in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
