The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in the Carolinas. You will manage a high-volume pipeline of leads, conduct discovery calls, and drive revenue growth through effective communication and strategic selling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to ensure consistent sales activity.
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand client needs and tailor product solutions accordingly.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, highlighting key value propositions.
- Close new business deals by accurately qualifying prospects and negotiating contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure customer retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
