Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify and qualify new leads.
- Manage inbound leads through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer success roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
