The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Present product demos and conduct needs analysis with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B inside sales or customer success.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
