Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients via video calls and presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a desire to earn uncapped commissions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
