Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to generate interest.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline to secure closed deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and retention teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct product training sessions to stay current on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup (if remote hybrid) or willingness to work on-site.
