Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients via phone and video.
- Manage and update the CRM system to track pipeline progress and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven inside sales or B2B sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player in a high-volume office setting.
