Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
- Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to identify pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate our products/services via video conference and phone calls to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate prospect and client data.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance and lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
