What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through active outreach.
- Present product demos and effectively handle objections to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Accurately record all client interactions and deal status in Salesforce.
- Participate in daily sales training and team huddles to maintain momentum.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
