Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to understand their needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals remotely.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
