Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments for senior sales executives.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) regarding prospect activities and deal status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative sales team.
