Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to qualified leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update pipeline status, and forecast sales.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas on a monthly basis.
- Conduct product demonstrations and product training for new customers.
- Identify and qualify new market opportunities within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
