Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to build robust sales pipelines
- Execute consultative selling conversations to understand client needs and position tailored solutions
- Close 15-20 new business deals monthly while maintaining 85%+ activity benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify market opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, forecast accurately, and maintain data hygiene
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven inside sales or business development experience with SaaS/tech solutions
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas (minimum $500k annualized)
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and objection resolution techniques
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with active listening abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in remote collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
