Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualify leads and set qualified appointments.
- Demonstrate our innovative SaaS products/services to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and update customer data in our CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine targeting and campaign strategies for better conversion rates.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-plays to sharpen negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive tone.
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain high resilience and grit.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals.
- Must be available to work standard business hours (Mon-Fri).
