Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns to identify and qualify potential customers using various channels including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring pipeline integrity and forecast accuracy.
- Demo Delivery: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions to decision-makers.
- Closing Deals: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, effectively handling objections and negotiations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Reporting: Regularly report on activity metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue targets to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated individual who can work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- San Francisco Based: Must be willing to work from our office in San Francisco or be a local resident ready to commute.
