Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients via phone and email.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Accurately record all client interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Highly motivated self-starter with a hunger for success and financial growth.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
